Yoga Classes Offered

BEGINNERS YOGA:

This is the perfect class for any beginners who want to learn about yoga. You'll learn about all the different poses, proper alignment, how to breathe and flow through each posture, and how to use props to your advantage. This class is also beneficial for experienced yogis to grow their knowledge on the benefits of each pose. You will need to bring your mat, pen and paper. Bottled water is recommended. We will provide you with any other props that you may need for class.

 

RESTORATIVE/ DEEP STRETCH:

Slow Deep Stretch is a deeply restorative practice focusing on longer holds and total-body stretches. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on your breath, and let all your stresses fall away.

 

VINYASA FLOW:

These classes are for all levels of yogis. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout this class. You will feel comfortable here whether you are new to yoga or highly experienced.

 

POWER YOGA:

Amped up yoga class that gets your heart rate up, and builds strength and endurance while burning calories.

 

PILATES:

a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles.

 

 

BARRE:

focuses on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up through the calves, knees, thighs, glutes, and abdominals.

 

20/20/20 CLASS:

This class is an hour class, that has a combination of 20 minutes of Pilates or Barre, 20 minutes of Weights, and 20 minutes of Yoga. It’s a great class that will get your heart rate up! 

 

WARM CLASSES:

These classes are heated to 83-85 degrees, so that the body warms up a little more, and you can get even deeper into each stretch!
